OAC/HAC Shootout – This Weekend

 Saturday, August 31st

Captains meeting is tomorrow night at 6:00 p.m. at OAC 

Fishing is Saturday 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

OAC Weigh-in 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.

HAC Weigh-in 6:00 p.m. at OAC

Cookout following weigh-in

This is a Bass/Bluefish Tournament.  Each angler can weigh one of each. OAC will select the three heaviest Bass and three heaviest Bluefish caught by each club.  Combined weight of all six fish will determine the winner. 

Entry fee is $50/angler which includes dinner.  Spouses and guests are welcome to attend the cookout for an additional fee of $15 ($10/youth).

 This is a Sellars eligible tournament

Bouillabaisse Youth Tournament – CANCELLED 

Event to be rescheduled due to a conflict with Back to School Night in Barnstable for many of the youth members.

Ron Murphy Trip

Members George Noonan and Pat Scannell, and their guests, enjoyed a great day of bass fishing on the 1st Fall Trip.  The next trip is Friday, September 6th – due to a cancellation there are two spots available.  Depart time is 6:00 a.m.  In addition, we have added a third trip on Friday, September 27th.

$150/angler (includes tip) – Guests Welcome. 

Spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 OAC Derby Update 

As you may have seen in Monday’s E-News, Dave Ryan landed a 41.95 lb bass and is dominating the striper species.  Results can be found posted in the club or on the website at https://www.ostervilleanglersclub.com/oac-derby/
