George Woodland (Bruce Cunningham’s business partner) followed Ernest Shackleton’s epic Antarctica journey aboard a National Geographic boat.

Cost is $10.00 per person and includes a pasta dinner.

 Rod Building & Fly Tying Continues

Member George Noonan plans to be at the club Thursday nights at 6 pm until the custom rods are complete. In addition, Dave Peros said he will be back next Saturday, March 2nd at 8 am. This week he plans to work on a squid fly. There are plenty of materials if you want to stop in and check it out.

OAC Celebrates its 25th Anniversary This Year!

Save the date. Saturday May 25th, we are planning a great 25th party at our club. This will be a catered event and we look forward to starting the summer in style.

OAC Will Be Back in Edgartown June 1st

There has been quite a bit of planning in the works and we will be going back to Edgartown for a tournament on June 1st.  Bruce Cunningham reports we will have a block of rooms at the Kelley House for a great rate of $159/night and there will not be a 2 night minimum. You can stay for just Saturday night if you would like. We are planning to have a nice OAC dinner and awards following fishing on Saturday. Details will be mailed out soon.
