OAC E-News – March 15, 2016

This past Thursday Amy Wrightson, owner of Sports Port and Captain Dave Peros, local fishing guide, offered some instruction to our women anglers.  Amy presented on the benefits of the uni knot and spent time making sure each participant could tie the knot correctly.   She then passed out some great gift bags with tackle and gear.  Captain Dave showed up with a box full of treats from Mike Hogan, owner of Hogy lures and he presented on the use of soft baits.  He discussed the best colors, sizes and how to properly retrieve them on spin gear.  There was some great food from Crisp and everyone had a nice time.
